Assuming that the company's business is based on selling Yaesu transceivers and accessories, not user instructions and technical manuals on the portal are collected instructions, user manuals, even technical manuals, technical supplements, technical extras. The material is copyright by Yaesu and those copyrights must be respected. But Yaesu can choose how to enforce those copyrights. And I will respond to any take-down request if any.
